MANA depends heavily on Volunteers to help us get the
job done. Here are some of the Volunteer opportunities
available:
- Assisting on Fridays - helping with lunch, raffles
and clean-up
- Office work
- Answering phones
- Assisting with our monthly newsletter
- Filing
- Typing
- Faxing
- Other light office work
- Office maintenance
- Gardening
- Food Pantry
- Assist with stocking and maintain food pantry
- Assist with trips to Foodshare to buy groceries
- Coordinate with local businesses to pick-up
and deliver to MANA, contributions and gifts
- Assist with seasonal distributions
- Thanksgiving dinner baskets, Christmas Give-a-
ways, etc.
- Coordinate a food drive or other giving
opportunities for MANA at your church, school, and
office or organization
Note: all MANA volunteers are required to sign a
confidentiality statement to protect the integrity of the
agency and the privacy of our clients.
